lovely staff rooftop restaurant
The on-site coffee place was AMAZING!!! The bar was also really nice. I found the staff so lovely and helpful. They were always available and polite. The rooftop restaurant was also one of the best dining options. It provided easy access to many sightseeing spots, shops and food locations.
The sound insulation in the room was not perfect.

clean room text concierge attentive staff
the rooms are very clean. the concierge service via text contacted me soon after i arrived and answered all my questions, often in just 10-20 minutes after texting.
I found that the shower floods the restroom. Everything else was amazing though!!! i hope this can be addressed soon.

my cosy room featured a king-size bed with luxurious bedding and several pillows for ultimate comfort, i found. the room also included a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks for purchase and a tv with streaming services.

The room included an electric kettle with tea and coffee. I appreciated the water station available on every floor. The location was convenient. I walked to the park in five minutes. The bed was comfortable.
The lobby seemed to be used as a co-working space. Many non-guests were there using laptops.

clean room dining options staff umbrella
The room was very clean upon arrival. i found several dining options available right inside the building, which i found convenient. there was also an umbrella available for use, provided by the staff when it rained. I thought this was a nice touch.
the lobby felt a little too much like a co-working space, making it hard to find a seat.
